Luckily, she's settled in well, has the sweetest nature and bears no animosity to humans despite her previous ill treatment. We ran a competition to choose her name. Lyn picked Angel out of all the suggestions and the lucky nominee won the fabulous sheep cake pictured here - made by Jo Goodyear.
We had the best attendance and most successful event ever which was so pleasing in such depressed times. A grand total of £1776 was made, surpassing last years total by £500!
This represents a lot of hard work and commitment from the small group of supporters running the day, they know who they are and don't seek public recognition, but thanks so much from the animals! Linda Newman
