Bobby the Goat

Bobby was born with 2 things stacked against him: a) he was male and.. b) a runt, hence of no value. Less than 24 hours old, along with his brother and 7 sickly lambs, he was callously dumped by the farmer in a pile in a field and left to die. Thankfully, a kindly walker saw their awful plight, alerted us and an emergency rescue was launched for these baby animals who hadn't even fed once from their mothers.

Bobby was so weak he had to be nurtured indoors for weeks before he could join the other animals outside but is fine now and gets up to all sorts of mischief with the "goat gang"!
